The Massussi Farm, also produces extra virgin olive oil with Protected Designation of Origin-Sebino Laghi Lombardi in conversion to BIOLOGICAL, which draws from over seven hundred olive trees owned by him. The suave delicacy, unique color and silky taste on the palate are its characteristics.

Variety of Leccino, Frantoio and Pensolino collected only with manual stripping before full maturation and cold pressed within 24 hours after harvesting.
Carefully filtered before bottling, it has a very low acidity only 0.10% certificate. Emerald-green light with a distinct fruity aroma of fresh artichoke and green almonds.
It excels for its silkiness and delicacy with, good for sophisticated fish preparation and steaming, is great in general with:
- Fresh vegetables
- Garlic bread
