We are glad to provide restaurants with our Olive Oil 100% Italian
first pressing from Leccino, Frantoio and Pendolino variety, picked only by hand when fully ripe and pressed within 24 hours after harvesting.
Carefully filtered before bottling, acidity only 0.30% certified.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
Emerald colour, delicate-medium fruit with a spicy green or dry almond flavour and oregano (according to years).
