Original colour pink amber that Veronelli defined “Venus thigh”, (from where the wine name comes), very clear rose, peaches in syrup and vanilla aromas. To the palate correctly tannic, enveloping and unexpectedly persistent, it closes with a pleasant peach note, due to its sweet wood.
It matches with summer fish bbq, shellfish in general, white meat and medium-aged cheese, it is to try with pizza as well..
- Summer fish bbq
- White meat
